Each historic tax credit (HTC) rehabilitation project is unique and has inherent challenges. Learn how to anticipate if a rehabilitation is feasible. Our presentation will consider how to analyze, evaluate, and apply HTC principles in real-world projects through examples, while understanding the collaboration required between preservation professionals, architects, and developers to achieve both regulatory compliance and financial success. Examples will be pulled from several projects in Texas.
