HXD Week: Confidential Headquarters Tour

The Confidential Headquarters Project is a new ground-up, Class A Office Building located at 1929 Allen Parkway. The project has 9 occupiable floors and a 5-level podium parking garage. The interiors scope features amenities such as a full-service commercial kitchen & coffee bar, conferencing center, terrace, and fitness center with upscale locker rooms. The 8 workplace floors are dedicated to workstations, private offices, and business support, and an executive suite with a monumental stair. HOK is the building designer with PDR designing interior amenities and workplace. Project completion will be August 2026.
