Job Overview:
We are a dynamic custom design/build firm specializing in creating innovative, high-quality spaces tailored to our clients’ visions. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and precision, delivering exceptional results in every project.
We are seeking a talented BIM/Twinmotion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge technology to visualize, design, and document our projects while maintaining the integrity and organization of our Revit content.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM and Visualization:
Develop and maintain photo-realistic 3D models and visualizations using Revit and Twinmotion to communicate design intent.
Create compelling, real-time renderings and animations for client presentations and marketing materials.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to integrate design concepts into detailed, buildable models.
Produce photorealistic renderings, animations, and VR walkthroughs using Twinmotion to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Content and Standards Management:
Maintain and update Revit families, templates, and libraries to ensure they meet current project needs and company standards.
Develop and enforce BIM standards, ensuring consistency across all projects.
Perform regular audits of Revit models to improve quality and compliance with established workflows.
Develop, update, and maintain a robust library of Revit families, including parametric components and materials, to improve project efficiency.
Organize and standardize Revit templates for consistent project documentation and improved workflow.
Manage company BIM resources, ensuring backups, accessibility, and functionality for all team members.
Support and Training:
Provide technical support and training for team members on Revit, Twinmotion, and related software tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, new software releases, and best practices to continuously improve company processes.
Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support to staff on BIM tools and workflows, including Autodesk Revit and other related software.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving BIM-related technical challenges and troubleshooting software issues.
Organize workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team updated on new BIM tools, features, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree or certification in Architecture, Design, Construction, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of professional experience in BIM management and visualization.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, Adobe, and related design tools.
Skills:
Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
Exceptional ability to create detailed models and realistic renderings.
Excellent organization skills for maintaining libraries and templates.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train others.
Knowledge of scripting or automation in Revit (e.g., Dynamo, Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with design-build project workflows.
