Project Architect

RDLR Architects is on the lookout for a talented Project Architect to join our team! Based in Houston’s vibrant East End, our collaborative studio is all about designing architecture driven by community. From transit and municipal projects to education, non-profit, aviation, and housing work, we create meaningful places that support, strengthen, and inspire the neighborhoods we serve—because good design should make a real difference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Licensure preferred
• 5-10 years of experience
• Strong Revit Skills
• Demonstrate technical and creative problem solving

Responsibilities:

• Design of projects on a variety of scales
• Coordinate and oversee project teams including multiple consultants
• Producing deliverables at all phases of the project
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Quality control and document review, including consultant coordination
• Construction Administration
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
