ER Contracting is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and organized Architectural Design Assistant to support our residential and commercial remodeling and new construction projects.
This role focuses on architectural drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, and design documentation while working under the guidance of our Lead Designer. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, visually creative, and capable of managing multiple active projects in a fast-paced construction and design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
- Produce client-ready renders and walkthroughs with Lumion and Enscape
- Assist with existing conditions modeling from Matterport scans or site measurements
- Prepare layouts, custom furniture concepts, and design details
- Document daily progress with screenshots and uploads to Company Cam
- Support quantity takeoffs and project information for quoting and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design supervisors
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp + Layout
- Experience with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple active projects
