Project Manager Prerequisites
A professional degree in an accredited program is required with substantial and varied experience in all phases of architectural projects. Working knowledge of industry standard programs is required such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft suite of products. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of building and zoning codes and an understanding of how to locate regulations as required.

Manages multiple projects and all project efforts, providing oversight at all stages of pre-design, design, bidding, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration. Participation in the production of design documentation as needed to ensure quality control and project schedule. Review of drawings and creation of red-lines as required for quality control. Provides oversight of multiple projects while leading Associates and guiding the project through all phases towards a successful conclusion. Oversight includes leading regular client meetings, ensuring proper notes are recorded, supervision of Associates and Consultants, assigning tasks to Associates, and mentoring staff. Working with the Principal(s) as the primary client liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. Capable of performing a quality control review.
