This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to all phases of interior architecture projects—from conceptual design through construction administration. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience in both interior design and interior architecture.
You will work closely under the guidance of Project Managers and the Director of Design, gaining exposure to diverse project types, including education facilities, multi-family housing, and medical office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of interior architecture concepts, space planning, and material selection
Produce detailed drawings and documentation using Revit, supporting all project phases from schematic design through construction administration
Support project delivery during design development, detailing, and construction
Collaborate in the creation of material and finish boards for client presentations
Creation of interior renderings for clients
Participate in client meetings, internal design reviews, and team coordination sessions
Research materials, products, building codes, and permitting requirements
Maintain and organize the interior materials library, ensuring current samples are accessible to the team
Serve as a primary contact for vendors and product representatives—scheduling presentations and staying updated on new offerings
Manage time and prioritize tasks across multiple projects, working under Project Managers and the Director of Design
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited program
3+ years of professional experience in architectural and/or interior design settings
Demonstrated experience in education, multi-family housing, and/or medical office projects
Proficiency in Revit is required
Familiarity with Lumion, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Experience with developing material and finish boards, FF&E documentation, and client presentations
Understanding of building systems, ADA/accessibility standards, construction methods, and detailing
Strong communication skills—graphic, verbal, and written
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Currently pursuing architectural licensure is preferred but not required
