• Dedication to projects from beginning to end, design – construction
• Coordinate on design projects with the other Architectural team members and Principal Architects
• Assist project management team on project support, modeling buildings, modeling existing conditions and as-builts
• Create graphics and presentations for client meetings
• Construction documents and detailing
• Ability to verbally communicate with the project team both internal and external
• Assist in construction administration, submittal and shop drawing review.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture is required
• 1-3 minimum years of professional experience in an architecture firm environment
• Architectural license is not required, but the candidate must have started their process of licensure. On the path to licensure is required.
• Commercial and/or Residential architecture experience
• Previous experience coordinating with a team and sub-consultants is preferred
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit software is required
• Previous experience in construction documents is required
• Familiarity with different building methodologies and types of construction is preferred
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills is required
• Self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic, highly organized, and eager to learn with a positive attitude
• Expertise in Adobe Suite software (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) is required
• Experience in Content Creation is a preferred. Renderings, Animation, AI integration, Social Media Experience.
