AIA Houston Emerging Professionals Committee invites you to an exclusive tour of Lincoln Technical Institute’s new Houston campus at in East Downtown. This nearly 100,000 SF adaptive reuse project transforms a 1970s-era building into a vibrant center for hands-on training in automotive, welding, HVAC, and electrical trades—addressing the growing need for skilled labor. Designed by Herbst-Musciano, the project breathes new life into a historic structure while strengthening the surrounding community. The tour will be led by Herbst-Musciano and Lincoln Tech representatives, with lite bites provided.
