Please join AIA Houston at the remarkable Delz Residence on Thursday, February 20, 6:00-8:00 PM for our annual Ben Brewer Award Mixer in honor of Heather Rowell, AIA, the recipient of the 2024 Ben Brewer Young Architect Award.
The Delz Residence is the home of Karin Broker and Mark Witte. Occupying a metal warehouse that was once an auto mechanic’s shop, the home includes Karin’s art studio, the couple’s primary residence, and a guest casita. A 2016 AIA Houston Design Award recipient, the home showcases the unique, artful result of two architectural collaborations between Heather, her design teams, and the owners.
This mixer is hosted by the Emerging Professionals Committee and is open to all members. Don’t miss this opportunity to have some fun and make new acquaintances. Light bites and drinks are complimentary!
