Team Registration Eligibitly and Information
Team registration is open to architecture, design, and engineering firms with at least one AIA Architect or Assoc. AIA Architect on their team or be an AIA Affiliate Member/Firm. Accredited architecture, design, and engineering universities are allowed to participate in the competition. A maximum of one (1) student team per university is permitted.
There is no limit to team size. Each individual who will contribute to the creation of the structure must wear the appropriate wristband.
The fee includes t-shirts and event wristbands (which allow access to sponsor tents) for up to 10 team members. There is a fee of Each additional t-shirt/wristband combo are $20 each.

All teams, sponsors, and individual participants are required to comply with all the provisions of the Official Competition Rules. By registering to compete, teams affirm that they have read the rules and agree to comply with all terms and regulations.
Site Selection
Winners of the Golden Bucket, AIA College Challenge, and Sustainability awards will have first call to select their site. All other site selections will be done on a rolling basis in the order in which the team’s registration was received. Each team will have a maximum period of three (3) days, upon receiving the site selection notification, to select its team site, otherwise, a site is assigned to the team. Team captains will receive notification via email.
