Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven In-House Marketing Specialist to join our custom home design/build firm. This position is ideal for a proactive marketing professional with a passion for real estate, architecture, and high-end home design. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate the firm’s brand, attract new clients, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm’s vision and goals.
Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage high-quality content, including photography, for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials to showcase completed projects, services, and the design/build process.
Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the firm’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Post regularly, engage with the community, and monitor metrics for optimization.
Website Management: Keep the website updated with new projects, company news, and design trends. Work with web developers.
Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications to keep potential clients engaged and nurture leads.
SEO & Analytics: Monitor and optimize the company’s online presence through SEO, keyword strategies, and performance analytics. Report on marketing ROI and KPIs regularly.
Public Relations & Media Outreach: Collaborate with media outlets and design publications to secure features in home design magazines, blogs, and industry awards.
Event Planning: Coordinate open house events, trade shows, and community involvement initiatives to build the company’s reputation and foster relationships with clients and partners.
Brand Management: Maintain consistency in the firm’s branding across all marketing channels, ensuring all materials reflect the company’s style and high standards.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, or architecture industries.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising (PPC, display ads).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working within a luxury or custom home industry.
Knowledge of home design trends, architectural styles, and residential construction.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation software such as Mailchimp.
