Website Method Architecture
The Administrative Assistant should help to keep the office running efficiently as well as provide a positive first impression for clients and visitors who call and visit the office. This role is hourly and can be either part time or full time – hours of availability are open for discussion.

Responsibilities
-Greet guests
-Mail: copy, scan, sort
-Answer phones, answer door, accept deliveries
-Fill out courier requests
-Order and stock supplies
-Communicate with landlord and janitorial any office issues
-Troubleshoot light IT issues
-Coordinate product presentation/lunch and learn with vendors
-Assist Marketing department with event planning and set up
-Assist Accounting department with deposits/scanning checks
-Additional projects as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Abilities
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to work in an open office environment
-IT desktop and laptop support skills, automation knowledge, and /or asset management software is a plus
Work Experience
-Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
-Experience preferably in A/E/C industry experience
Formal Education
-High school diploma or equivalent experience
Licenses/Certifications
-Notary Public preferred
