SEEBERGER Architecture is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our established team of designers and project managers. This is an in-office, senior-level role working with a dynamic creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion and must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Our firm offers highly professional services specializing in commercial and industrial projects, with a large majority of Tilt Wall Construction developments.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager leads the project team in the coordination of all aspects of project documentation working under the direction of the Design Manager. The duties of this position include design, code review, construction documents and project management.
- Coordinate with team members and engineering consultants
- Manage team workloads and collaborate with other project directors to balance assignments across the office
- Assist in consultant coordination
- Attend Project Review Meetings
- Primary Client Contact
- Create construction documentation
- Review work for compliance with design intent, code requirements, and budgetary constraints
- Prepare design sketches for team and client review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited school of architecture
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Must be self-motivated with excellent overall design and technical skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients and contractors
- Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of junior staff
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture, REVIT, Bluebeam, Sketch Up, Adobe Illustrator and 3D VIZ
- Pursuing Architectural license a plus.
