About the Job:

This role is primarily in-office. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems and delivery methods, the ability to work in a team environment with consultants, and taking responsibility for the complete integration of design and technical aspects of a project. Architectural registration is preferred but not required.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture
Minimum 7-10 years of design and technical experience
Minimum 3 years of experience managing personnel
Experience managing multiple consecutive projects in various stages
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and BIM (Revit)
Demonstrated ability to assemble/coordinate high-quality construction documents
Essential Duties and Functions:

Thorough understanding of building codes and systems
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Assist Principals in developing plans to ensure project success
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to achieve goals
Strong interpersonal leadership skills and willingness to mentor younger staff
Schedule and supervise Quality Assurance Reviews for projects, at critical milestones
Ability to produce client presentation material as well as pricing and bidding packages
Establish mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
Other duties, as assigned or required
Preferences:

Professional Licensure
Local candidates with demonstrated experience practicing in the State of Texas.
Experience in Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, and Retail
