Dillon Kyle Architects is a full-service, design-oriented firm with an established portfolio of residential projects and a growing portfolio of commercial projects. We currently have 28 employees, including one principal and 23 technical staff, who work on collaborative project teams. We are seeking an adaptable and well-rounded office manager to support our staff and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
– Juggling dynamic and varied tasks on a daily basis
– Managing company finances (accounts payable and receivable, expenses, sales tax filing, etc.)
– Coordinating with off-site HR for payroll and employee benefits
– Troubleshooting for IT and computer hardware issues, with support of off-site IT team
– Managing daily office operations, including print tracking, mail, subscriptions, and insurance
– Overseeing receptionist and coordination with administrative and leadership teams
Qualifications
– 5+ years job experience in administrative or management role
– Experience with in-office bookkeeping
– Experience with QuickBooks and basic data entry
– Confidence in coordinating IT solutions, including procurement, setting up hardware, troubleshooting, and interfacing with office-site IT department
– Licensed notary public in state of Texas (or willingness to become commissioned)
– Solutions-oriented problem solver
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– In-person, open studio office environment
