Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in construction documentation. They should be eager to contribute to all phases of the design process and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of architectural projects, from concept development through construction documentation.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, presentations, and specifications
- Collaborate with owners, consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining design integrity.
Qualifications:
- Architectural Degree (BA, BS, B.Arch, M.Arch)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial/educational projects.
- Proficient in Revit/BIM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with VR REVIT plugins like Enscape a plus
- Familiar with Photoshop and InDesign a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
