Benchmark Group is looking for dynamic, talented individuals to fill our Architectural Design positions. We are seeking someone who can be the Architecture Discipline Specialist for our growing team in Houston, Texas. The right person will be a motivated self-starter who takes initiative; has strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Minimum requirements:
- 8 years of applicable work experience in the A/E field, specializing in Architecture with a focus in commercial and facility design.
- Prior design experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
Preferred:
- Thorough knowledge of required codes.
- Specialized certifications or licenses.
The Architecture Discipline Specialist will utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. They will work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks. A strong understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects is required for this position. The right candidate will also be able to interface with clients on technical items. This position may require travel.
