Performs research related to building and zoning codes and varied building systems. Works
under the supervision of a Project Manager to produce all aspects of construction documents.
Fully competent in all aspects of drawing and capable of performing a variety of skilled
assignments with limited supervision. Expected to exhibit an advanced level of knowledge on
specialized systems. Collaborates with staff and coordinates with consultants. Provide technical
guidance to less experienced associates. Responsibilities might include but are not limited to,
creation of meeting minutes, drawings, interpreting redlines and markups and participation in
construction administration tasks

Qualifications
A professional degree in an accredited program is required. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of
industry standard programs is required such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft suite of
products is required. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of building and zoning codes and an
understanding of how to locate regulations as required
