Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative architectural design intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of architectural practice, from design to project implementation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architecture, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and creation of architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, drawings, and models.
• Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and design proposals.
• Help create digital 3D models and renderings using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct research on materials, codes, and regulations related to current projects.
• Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Collaborate with senior staff to refine design solutions.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Enscape, and Adobe.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, design principles, and architectural terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

Remote with Flexible hours, depending on availability and school schedule.
