DESCRIPTION:Interested in spending meaningful time with fellow architects\, industry and community leaders? The AIAH Emerging Professionals is preparing for the 2025-2026 class of the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program. \nThe year-long program consists of nine individual half-day sessions attended by a competitively selected group of 16 emerging professionals from Houston.  The curriculum focuses on core skills such as entrepreneurship and firm management\, the art of negotiation\, bringing in new clients\, community leadership\, industry culture\, and developing one’s future within the practice. The program will begin in September 2026. \nCome join this diverse and passionate group of practice professionals. Get those letters of recommendation ready!\nThe official Call for Applications opens on Monday\, May 18\, and closes on Monday\, June 29. \nRSVP for an information session below:\nWednesday\, June 3 at 5:00pm via Zoom\nThursday\, June 11 at noon via Zoom \nFor more information about CKLDP visit here. \nThe Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP) was founded in 2013 by the Emerging Architects Committee as part of the AIA|DC Chapter.
