This nearly 100\,000 SF adaptive reuse project transforms a 1970s-era building into a vibrant center for hands-on training in automotive\, welding\, HVAC\, and electrical trades—addressing the growing need for skilled labor. Designed by Herbst-Musciano\, the project breathes new life into a historic structure while strengthening the surrounding community.
